We're sorry to see you go. Here's what happens when you request account deletion.

Please note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure to save any creations you want to keep before submitting your request.

What this email process covers

After we verify your identity, we work to remove the categories below from Pickle systems within the timeframe stated below. Some records may be retained where the law requires.

If you already used “Delete account” in the app

That action immediately closes your account and removes push tokens from our servers. It may not remove all historical uploads and generated files from storage right away. If you used in-app deletion and want remaining media erased, email us using the same process below so we can complete cleanup.

What may be retained: Subscription and payment records managed by Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or RevenueCat may be retained per their respective policies. Records required for legal, tax, or regulatory compliance will be kept for the minimum required period.

How to request deletion

Send an email to pickle@keyvalue.systems with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Include the phone number associated with your Pickle account so we can verify your identity.

We will verify your request and work to delete or anonymise the personal data covered by your request within 30 days (subject to legal retention). You will receive a confirmation email once processing is complete.
